On 21 May during BioBusiness Event 2008, the network event for decision makers in Life Sciences, BioBusiness Award 2008 will be presented. This award will go to the most promising start-up or business plan of 2008.

The BioBusiness Award consists of more than 15.000 EUR (combination of cash and in kind) and is sponsored by TNO, SHBR Advocaten, Wesseling Strategic Consultants, Schuttelaars & Partners, BiotechNews and  Bionieuws. BioBusiness Award is an initiative of the Commission BioBusiness of BioFarmind, Niaba and Yels.net and the BioBusiness Event. Business plans and start-ups (set-up after 1 January 2007) are eligible for the competition.
